Pasta Quatro Fromage

Serve next to Americana Premium Breaded Beef Kofta

  • Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Gouda Cheese - shredded or cheddar
  • 4 tbs Parmesan Cheese
  • 125 g Ricotta Cheese – or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g Roquefort Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cups Double Cream
  • Boil pasta and drain.
  • For preparing sauce. Cut Roquefort cheese into small cubes put a medium deep pan over medium heat. Stir in cream.
  • Then add all the 4 cheeses, stir slowly until all cheeses melt for (3 minutes).
  • Add salt and pepper. Add little salt as the cheeses are already salty.
  • Put pasta while still hot on a serving platter and pour sauce over it. Mix well with sauce. Serve immediately.
Tip :
  • You can add grated Parmesan cheese on top for decoration.
